There must be active only one lan adapter. У кого в lobby видны имена игроков, но при создании игра не видна, значит проблема с сетевым подключением. Такое бывает из-за hamachi, когда он добавляет своё дополнительное сетевое подключение по локальной сети, тогда его просто надо отключить – мне помогло!
