How does a successful young woman decide to become a call girl? How is it like to be one? Belle de Jour maintained a weblog on her adventures and published them in a book.
I bought “The intimate adventures of a London call girl” in a Dutch translation. That might or might not be the reason why that I was not convinced by the writing. The stories were worth while, but the writer’s talent was not very impressive. I know I’m a bad writer myself, but hey, I don’t publish books! Still Belle presents an interesting insight in the adventures of a call girl. I therefore rate it a 7.
