A HP 2840 All-In-One Laser Print / Copier / Scanner did not scan anymore. It was always “busy”, not allowing the pc to connect through the for printing solid working network interface.
HP has a program to download called HP LaserJet Fix Scan Utility or FixScanUtility.exe. Would you believe this? And the good thing is… It actually works!
Problem solved.
