The Dymo LetraTag LT-100T is a very robust, easy to use and affordable label printer. All you need to do is insert 4 AA batteries and insert a label cartridge and off you go! But what if it doesn’t go?
Dymo LetraTag doesn’t print
In case the Dymo printer doesn’t print, or only prints a little vague, then probably the machine isn’t able to generate enough heat. This in turn can be caused by your batteries being out of power, or not being powerfull enough. Rechargeable batteries often are not able to provide enough juice to get the text printed correctly. Therefore, in order to avoid any issues with batteries, Dymo is recommending to only use Duracell Alkaline batteries. I’m using different branded, but even rechargeable batteries instead. They mostly work fine, but it depends on their type and age.
